QR Pass
Once we have received and confirmed your deposit, we will be sending your unique QR Pass one day before arrival date which will be inspected upon arrival at Santa Fe Port.
Requirements
To be able to enter Santa Fe, all guests must present:
Documentary
- Valid ID
- Booking confirmation
- QR Pass
PPE to be worn to board the ferry
- Face mask
- Face shield
Bantayan has only been recently re-opened for tourism on October 17, 2020 under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) restrictions. As of this writing, these are the requirements mandated for tourists to present to any authorities requesting for them, however any of these requirements may changed by the local or Provincial authorities without prior notice as the situation develops. We will endeavor to give the most up to date information as soon as it is available.
Santa Fe Port - Arrival
- Tourists are offered alcogel/alcohol prior to entry.
- Temperature is checked and priority number will be issued.
- Tourists will pay ecological fee and will be issued an ecological ticket.
- Wait for your priority number to be called.
- QR Pass is scanned and documentary requirements are assessed.
- Exit the terminal.
Arrival
What to Expect
Our guest shuttle will be waiting for you upon exiting the terminal.
Upon arriving at the resort entrance, guests can deposit their baggage at the baggage disinfection unit. We utilize fogging to disinfect your baggage.
Temperature is checked upon entry. Persons with temperatures at 38 °C and/or presentating symptoms consistent with COVID-19 such as, but not limited to, cough, colds, sore throat will be assisted to an isolation area and not allowed entry into the resort.
Guests are directed to walk through the sanitation booth and step on the sanitized mats before proceeding to the front desk to complete the check-in process and retrieve their keys. Guests are required to wear masks upon entering the lobby. Under local laws, we observe a strict no mask, no entry policy.
Completing Check-in Health Declaration Forms
Please present identification upon check in. We also ask that you scan our unique QR Code with your mobile devices to access the Health Declaration Form. Each guest must complete the Health Declaration Form as a matter of compliance with local laws. All information is protected and secured in line with Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Paper form of the Health Declaration form is also available.
Guest temperature is checked again and we will need to scan your QR Code to complete contract tracing procedures. Information is collected and will be managed by the Santa Fe local government.
Once we have checked the identification presented, proof of payment to confirm the reservation, completed registration form, scanned the QR Code and the guest has completed the Health Declaration Form, we will issue your room keys.
