In these challenging times, our highest priority has been the wellness, health and safety for all our stakeholders from COVID-19. To this end, we have been working closely with the Santa Fe local government to comply with Department of Tourism and the Provincial Tourism Task Force regulations to provide a safe and wholesome haven for everyone.

In our continuing efforts to prioritize health and safety, it has become apparent to us that a whole new set of needs demands we innovate not just to adapt to a 'new normal', but also to give a greater degree of protection to our most important stakeholders - our guests and our community. Guests will find that upon entering with private vehicles, they will be met with our vehicle disinfection sprays. Guests are able to have their luggage disinfected, and walk through a sanitation booth - all before checking in.

Among others, we provide masks in our guest rooms, and hand sanitizers at convenient locations throughout the resort. Should guests feel unwell or register body temperature higher than 37 degrees Celsius, we have a designated rooms prepared until we receive further instructions from the local government health authorities.
